A day with huskies!
Visit a husky kennel to learn about the huskies and their amazing abilities!
On this guided tour of a husky kennel, you will get to have a fascinating view into the daily life of huskies and their mushers. This day packs in several fun activities and concludes with a treat that’s hard not to love.
Meet with Siberian huskies and a professional musher for a tour of a kennel and to learn how huskies are trained to be part of a mushing team. Follow your guide on a short hike with your own husky in a belt. We make a 5 km long hike in the forest around the kennel.
Afterward, we have a traditional Swedish Fika before you get a chance to spend one hour with husky puppies and adults in our big free run area at our kennel.
Your guide will answer all your questions about training, do all huskies has blue eyes, do they have names etc. There will be time to get to know the dogs and their unique characters. Finish up with a husky puppy play and cuddle session and if we don’t have small puppies, we always have Manipi, a 30 kg big boy that never grow up and still think he´s a puppy.
If you love dogs this is for you! And hey, we only do small groups so that means more attention from your guide.

During the period from the first of September to the end of November, this tour can be combined with dog sledding on wheels, and in summer why not extend your stay with a night in our Bed & Kitchen.
